REFUNDS

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

In the rare case that if your gift is damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at +64 284740040 or email hello@archiesgifts.co.nz. We'll help arrange for a return and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Please note that gift cards order cannot be returned or refunded.
