4. ORDER

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it. The prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and must be paid in New Zealand dollars. These prices include GST but exclude delivery fees (see the Delivery page for more details), unless otherwise noted. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed, and you will be notified to resolve the issue. Orders are considered accepted once we dispatch the goods. At this point, a contract is formed between you and us.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +64 284740040 or email hello@archiesgifts.co.nz. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

If we are unable to fulfil your order or if there is an issue with stock availability, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement product or a full refund.

5. DELIVERY

We currently deliver only to selected areas within Auckland, New Zealand.

We use third-party couriers for delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Once your order is delivered, it becomes your responsibility. Delivery is considered complete when the product is left at the address you provided, or when a "Card to Call/Contact" note is left at the location. For added security, we suggest selecting the "Signature Required" option, which is available at no extra cost.

If a mistake is made with the delivery address on our part, we will work with you to either re-deliver, replace, or refund the product, depending on the situation. However, we are not liable for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. Please ensure your details are correct when placing your order. If delivery fails due to inaccurate address information or unsafe access, we may need to charge for any additional costs incurred, such as re-delivery or address correction. If a delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect address details or restricted access, and the product is discarded, we are not responsible for providing a replacement.

We strive to deliver your order to the address provided within a reasonable timeframe. While we aim to meet any specified delivery dates, we cannot guarantee timely arrival. Delays do not entitle you to cancel any part of your order.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will help you resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website for limited time only. These products or Services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

12. REFUNDS

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Please note that gift cards order cannot be returned or refunded.
